  • (13) Enhanced Research facilities of the 11 Departments of the Faculty of Agriculture of Sylhet Agricultural University with modern equipment, furniture and fixtures using World Bank funded sub-project money in 2015 - 2016.
  • (14) Installed one 15 KVA Generator to the Faculty of Agriculture of Sylhet Agricultural University to ensure the Power Supply during load shading using World Bank funded Sub-project money in 2015.
  • (15) Established one Tea and Shade tree germplasm Centre on 5 acres of hillock (Tila) land of Sylhet Agricultural University using World Bank Sub-project fund for tea production improvement in 2019.
  • (16) Supervised 46 MS Research and Thesis for the Students.
  • (17) Supervised 3 PhD Research and Thesis for the students. Presently supervising three PhD students research.
  • (18) Established Japan Bangladesh Friendship Agriculture and Technology College at Jamdia, Bagharpara, Jashore, Bangladesh as Founder. Academic activities started in 2007.
  • (19) One International Training Workshop for the Academia on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was scheduled to be implemented during 5 – 6 March 2020 by the IQAC of Sylhet Agricultural University, but due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus, the program is temporarily postponed until the favourable conditions prevail. Preparation almost completed.
  • (20) Worked as the Visiting Guest Professor at the Osaka Prefecture University, Japan from 01 – 21 October 2019.
  • (21) Worked as the Executive Director (Chief of the Organization) at Bangladesh Institute of Research and Training on Applied Nutrition (BIRTAN), Ministry of Agriculture. Leaded, Managed and supervised all the activities like Research, Training, Finance, Development, Human Resource Development etc of the organization from 21 November 2007 to 19 June 2011.
  • (22) Acquired one hundred (100) acres of land at Araihajar Upazila of Nayangonj in Bangladesh for Bangladesh Institute of Research and Training on Applied Nutrition (BIRTAN) in 2011 during worked as the Executive Director of the Institute.
  • (23) Upgraded and formulated the Course Curricula of 3 Faculties (Agriculture, Fisheries and Agricultural Economics & Business Studies of Sylhet Agricultural University.
  • (24) Upgraded and modernized the Course Curricula and Syllabi of Diploma in Agriculture as an expert team funded by FAO in Bangladesh during 2017 – 2018.
  • (25) Prepared an In-service Training Module for the Sub Assistant Agriculture Officer of the Directorate of Agricultural Extension funded by FAO in Bangladesh in 2018.
  • (26) Edited and Reviewed the Course Curricula and Syllabus for the Diploma in Applied Nutrition and Food Technology which will be implemented by Bangladesh Institute of Research and Training on Applied Nutrition (BIRTAN).
